Leasing Manager – Sienna Residences

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales and leasing operations for Sienna Residences, a 472‑unit stabilized community. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing and on‑site leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Manage on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, generate reports using the company’s property management software.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the property meets appearance and safety standards.
• Inspect ready units, create mini‑models and apply merchandising techniques to enhance salability.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems, CRM tools, Yardi and leasing platforms.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to develop pricing and advertising strategies.
