Leasing Manager – San Diego

About the role

Greystar is seeking a results‑driven Leasing Manager to lead the lease‑up of a 432‑unit community in the San Diego area. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through strategic marketing, sales, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing, print, and digital advertising campaigns to attract prospective residents.
• Manage the leasing team, set performance targets, and monitor daily sales activities.
• Analyze leasing trends and market data to provide strategic feedback to senior management.
• Maintain weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) to support community needs.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a leasing manager, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Strong knowledge of sub‑market dynamics and ability to interpret market analytics.
• Proven track record of high conversion rates and sales performance.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent leadership and communication skills.
