Leasing Manager – Orion Prospect

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the Orion Prospect community. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and adjust pricing, concessions, and incentives.
• Create and execute print and internet advertising strategies, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to uphold community appearance, safety standards, and unit readiness.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to drive performance improvements.
