Leasing Manager – Midrise Community (495 Units)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales and leasing activities for the Elan Madison Yards mid‑rise community of 495 units. The role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing and concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Utilize property management software to generate leasing reports and track performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit presentation, conduct inspections and create merchandising displays.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet revenue and occupancy goals in a residential community.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Experience managing a leasing team and coordinating with maintenance.
