Leasing Manager – Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing efforts for Lodge at Madrona, a luxury apartment community. This position is central to driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, sales, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee the on‑site leasing team, ensuring daily sales activities are executed efficiently.
• Generate and monitor traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Respond promptly to resident and ownership inquiries.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience is a plus.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete legal leasing documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site.
