Leasing Manager (Lease Up)

About the role

Leasing Manager (Lease Up) will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for the Broadstone Creekside community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing and concessions.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and online advertising strategies, leveraging technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety, inspect “ready” units, and use merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial, traffic, and closing reports to track performance.
