Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive traffic, convert prospects, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Create and manage advertising strategies using available technology and property‑management software to generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community’s appearance and safety meet company standards, and enhance unit marketability through inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to adjust strategies and improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing, marketing, and sales functions in a residential community.
• Strong understanding of market trends, rent pricing, and incentive structures.
• Ability to work with property‑management software and generate analytical reports.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
