Leasing Manager – High Rise Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a stabilized high‑rise community of 328 units. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining the property’s brand and resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and adjust pricing, concessions, and incentives.
• Utilize property‑management software to generate leasing reports and track performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure units are market‑ready, create mini‑models, and apply merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations for multi‑unit residential properties.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and advertising channels.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate with maintenance and operations.
