Leasing Manager – Halden, Red Oak

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations for the Halden at Red Oak community. The role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through effective marketing, pricing and leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives, and monitor day‑to‑day leasing performance.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Utilize property‑management software to generate sales and leasing reports and track key metrics.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community’s appearance and safety standards are met, and inspect “ready” units for marketability.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial reports, traffic and closing ratios to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and pricing strategies.
