Leasing Manager – Halden

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing efforts for the Halden community in Red Oak, Texas. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, guiding the leasing team to meet performance goals.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, adjusting strategies to maintain optimal occupancy.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain community performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property leasing or real‑estate sales management.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
• Ability to lead and motivate a leasing team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
