Leasing Manager – Garden Style Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a stabilized, garden‑style community of 309 units. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while overseeing a leasing team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using technology and the company’s property management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure the community’s appearance and safety meet company standards, and conduct regular unit inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process, guiding prospects from inquiry through lease signing.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
• Preferred experience with Entrata property management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
