Leasing Manager for The Ryan Community

About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing and marketing efforts for The Ryan community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an appropriate inventory of ready apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect performance.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- Lead leasing team members and coordinate resources to meet established objectives.
