Leasing Manager for The Russell Community

About the role

The Russell community is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead all marketing, sales, and leasing activities. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain property appearance, inspect “ready” units, and develop merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to adjust strategies and improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and community marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to set rent pricing, concessions, and incentives to meet occupancy targets.
• Excellent organizational skills for coordinating advertising, reporting, and unit readiness.
