Leasing Manager – Floating (San Diego)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for a community in the San Diego area. The role oversees marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing team performance to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Manage on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day leasing activities and ensure achievement of revenue and occupancy targets.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions; develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Implement creative pricing, concession, and incentive strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Support OSS team members across asset types, ensuring adherence to Greystar processes and leasing workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in leasing or sales within multifamily housing.
• Previous leasing manager experience preferred.
• Experience with property software systems is a plus.
• People‑centric approach with strong customer‑service background.
• Enjoys coaching and developing leasing team members.
