Leasing Manager – Flats at 703

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for the Flats at 703 community. This role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s standards for appearance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing strategies.
• Create and execute print and online advertising strategies, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure property standards, inspect ready units, and use merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to assess performance and adjust strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals through effective marketing and leasing management.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity affecting occupancy and sales.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to maintain property standards.
