Leasing Manager – District 1860

About the role
The Leasing Manager for District 1860 will lead all leasing, marketing and sales activities for the community in Lincolnwood, Illinois. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic pricing, advertising and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, guiding the leasing team to achieve goals.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, developing short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
- Implement creative strategies to sustain occupancy and improve resident retention.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing leasing teams and community marketing in multifamily housing.
- Strong understanding of pricing, concessions and occupancy metrics.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
