Leasing Manager – Clear Lake Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the Clear Lake Vista garden‑style community. This full‑time, permanent position will oversee a team of leasing professionals and ensure the community meets its revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and adjust pricing, concessions, and incentives accordingly.
• Utilize property‑management software to generate leasing reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain unit readiness, conduct inspections, and create merchandising displays such as mini‑models.
• Manage on‑site traffic, ensure an appropriate inventory of “ready” apartments, and set rent pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams in multifamily or rental housing environments.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing strategies, and advertising channels.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
