Leasing Manager – Broadstone Frontera Ridge

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing and marketing efforts for the Broadstone Frontera Ridge community in Round Rock, Texas. This role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations and guide the leasing team toward performance goals.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect occupancy and sales results.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain high occupancy levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and driving occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market dynamics and competitor analysis.
• Ability to create and execute effective marketing and pricing strategies.
• Leadership skills to motivate staff and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
