Leasing Manager – Broadstone Ascend

About the role
The Leasing Manager will oversee all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for the Broadstone Ascend community in Avondale, Arizona. This role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and overall leasing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate leasing team members and other resources to meet established goals.
- Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Track day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities to ensure targets are achieved.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect occupancy and sales results.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Required profile
- Proven ability to manage and direct marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing teams.
- Strong understanding of rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
