Leasing Manager – Avana Evergreen

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the Avana Evergreen community. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety standards.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Produce regular sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams in multifamily or residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, pricing strategies, and advertising channels.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with maintenance and operations teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with property management software for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in developing print and digital advertising campaigns.
