Leasing Manager – Albion on Lake Cook

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the Albion on Lake Cook community. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create print and internet advertising campaigns and use property management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to uphold community appearance and safety standards, and enhance unit marketability through inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing ratio reports to assess performance.
