Leasing Manager – 505 Summit Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager for the 505 Summit community will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets. This position works closely with the maintenance team and utilizes property‑management software to ensure apartments are market‑ready and prospects receive a seamless leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions; develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using available technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety, and unit marketability; conduct inspections and implement merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy targets through effective marketing and leasing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance and using property‑management software for reporting.
• Ability to generate and monitor leasing traffic, qualify prospects, and handle lease documentation.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing financial and performance reports.
