Leasing Consultant – Rise at Nocatee

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Rise at Nocatee will drive the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while delivering Greystar’s high‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM and track leads to ensure timely follow‑up.
• Analyze market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute events to generate traffic.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator on resident engagement initiatives and referral programs.
• Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manage lease renewals.
