Leasing Consultant – Residential Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective residents at our Avidor community in Minnetonka. You will guide prospects through tours, applications and move‑in, while creating a vibrant living experience that encourages long‑term residency.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, and collaborate on marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track apartment availability and resident data.

Required profile

• Professional and enthusiastic demeanor with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks from prospecting to lease signing.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools.
