About the role

The Leasing Consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process while showcasing the community’s amenities and services. This role supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and helps drive occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record all pertinent information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, and collaborate with leadership on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze data to support occupancy targets.
• Work closely with on‑site team members to ensure a smooth resident experience.
