Leasing Consultant for Legacy at Fitz Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Legacy at Fitz community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through effective leasing processes and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.
