Leasing Consultant – Album Quail Springs

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the team at the Album Quail Springs community. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a smooth move‑in experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in and maintain accurate resident files.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize the property’s CRM system for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
