Lease-Up Sales Consultant for Encore Bishop Heights

About the role

As a Lease‑Up Sales Consultant for Encore Bishop Heights, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents during the critical lease‑up phase. You will help establish the community’s market presence, drive occupancy and revenue, and create a welcoming living experience from the initial tour through long‑term residency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the property, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record all required information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events and activities to generate traffic and engage residents.
• Support community‑building initiatives by assisting with events and fostering resident relationships.
