About the role

Greystar is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for one of its communities. The role combines sales, marketing, and property management activities to ensure a seamless leasing experience from prospect to resident.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
