About the role

Greystar’s Prose Southcenter community is seeking an experienced Lease‑Up Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from prospecting through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and finalize lease agreements for new residents.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Secure lease renewals and manage resident retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote community offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
