Lease-up Community Manager

About the role

The Lease-up Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Russell property, driving occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Control expenditures within budget limits and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, lease renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real‑estate operations.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant housing regulations.
• Proven ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
