Lease Up Community Manager – Aventon Moorefield

About the role

The Lease Up Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Aventon Moorefield community, driving occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
