Leads Manager (Web Leads Director)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Leads Director who will lead the coaching and development of Coldwell Banker Realty agents associated with Anywhere Internet Lead Generation. The role focuses on managing lead allocation, driving conversion, and educating agents on CRM platforms to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and allocate leads from multiple sources to real‑estate agents.
• Coach agents on lead conversion, recruitment, retention and performance metrics.
• Host weekly coaching events ranging from individual sessions to large group and national meetings.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, the Director of Web Leads and Referral Service Operations to define and execute strategic initiatives.
• Educate agents on proprietary and third‑party CRM and referral assignment tools, including HOME and MOXI.
• Represent the Web Leads team at branch and regional meetings and oversee agent recognition programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience converting referral opportunities into closed business.
• Excellent virtual communication and coaching skills, with the ability to manage agents remotely.
• Strong public‑speaking ability in both platform‑based and classroom settings.
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
