About the role
We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver a Leadership Development Day module for early‑ to mid‑career managers. The role involves facilitating 18 on‑site sessions across three locations in the greater Indianapolis area during the first quarter of 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver two‑and‑a‑half‑hour training sessions on Tuesdays‑Thursdays, every other week.
- Prepare for each session with one hour of pre‑session planning.
- Travel between Greenwood, Fishers and other Indianapolis locations as required.
- Maintain consistency with the pre‑approved curriculum and materials.
- Provide feedback to the client on participant engagement and learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Resident of the greater Indianapolis area.
- Proven in‑person training experience.
- Demonstrated facilitation experience in leadership development programs.
