About the role
The Leadership Development Institute at LSU’s College of Human Sciences & Education is looking for experienced leadership coaches to deliver high‑impact development services to campus and remote leaders. The role focuses on strengthening leaders through stress management, self‑reflection, and customized action plans.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients in discovering and maximizing their talents, develop strengths, and apply them to work and life.
- Identify organizational drivers, establish and execute individual coaching development plans, and administer assessments and surveys.
- Coach leaders in trust‑building, feedback, effective one‑on‑ones, and other leadership skills.
- Establish coaching agreements, design and deliver training workshops and job aides.
- Share insights on trends, communicate opportunities to leadership, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Submit timely reports, documentation, and provide programmatic support; travel as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, human services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience as a high‑performing leader.
- Preferred: Master's degree, ICF credential, and experience with virtual coaching technologies.
