Lead Stylist – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist to elevate the in‑store experience at our Tannersville location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach and model exceptional customer service while driving sales and visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Coach and train team members on selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring products are stocked, visual standards are met, and store procedures are followed.
• Lead a positive, engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle core responsibilities such as opening/closing, key holder duties, and inventory tasks.

Required profile

• Must comply with all Levi’s store policies and follow management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 + required.
