Lead Stylist – Key Holder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist (Key Holder) for its Las Americas Outlets store in San Ysidro, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model and coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting store performance goals.
• Coach and train staff on Levi’s selling practices, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring product is stocked, displayed, and the store environment is safe and inviting.
• Drive key initiatives that enhance the shopping experience and promote brand values.
• Comply with all Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including heavy‑lifting requirements.

Required profile

• Consumer‑centric, open‑minded, and proactive with a passion for fashion.
• Demonstrates originality, integrity, empathy, and courage in daily interactions.
• Able to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Reliable transportation, 18 years or older, and capable of lifting up to 40 lb.
