Lead Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Woodfield Mall store in Chicago. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach and model best‑in‑class customer experiences while driving sales, merchandising, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach associate teams on customer service, sales techniques, and brand standards.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Oversee product flow to the sales floor, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance feedback for staff.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and willingness to embody brand values.
