About the role

The Lead Student Pastor will shepherd high school, middle school and 56 Ministry students at Pinelake Church’s Clinton Campus, guiding their spiritual growth and developing servant leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Disciple and lead students toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of servant leaders for student ministries.
  • Plan, oversee, and evaluate student gatherings, retreats, and camps.
  • Develop student small groups and a discipleship plan for parents.
  • Build relationships with local schools and serve as a resource.
  • Prepare and manage the student ministry budget.
  • Engage students in mission experiences and serve as a prayer champion.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and demonstrate humility, integrity, and teachability.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Mac/Windows operating systems.
  • Word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
