Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Lead Stucco Technician to join our growing team. In this hands‑on leadership position you will oversee and perform high‑quality stucco installation, repair, and finishing work while ensuring a safe, organized job site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stucco installation, patching, and repair projects with precision.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces to meet stucco application standards.
• Mix, apply, and texture stucco materials, matching existing finishes and completing related painting.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company and customer expectations.
• Manage materials, tools, and supplies for efficient site operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, handling debris removal and disposal.
• Provide guidance, delegate tasks, and support team members to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Enforce safety guidelines and document job status updates for coordinators and management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
