About the role

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Lead Stucco Technician to join our growing construction team. In this hands‑on leadership position you will oversee high‑quality stucco installation, repair, and finishing across residential job sites while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform stucco installation, patching, texture matching, and related painting tasks.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces to guarantee proper adhesion and finish quality.
• Mix, apply, and finish stucco materials to achieve seamless results that match existing textures.
• Conduct quality inspections to confirm work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Manage materials, tools, and supplies, coordinating efficient job‑site operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, handling debris removal and disposal.
• Guide team members, delegate tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety guidelines and document job progress for coordinators and management.

Required profile
