Lead Stucco Technician – Drywall & Stucco

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Stucco Technician to join our team at Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air. In this hands‑on leadership position you will oversee and perform high‑quality stucco installation, repair and finishing across residential job sites while ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute stucco installation, patching, and repair projects.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces, ensuring they are clean and ready for application.
• Mix, apply, and texture stucco to match existing finishes, including related painting work.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Manage materials, tools, and supplies for efficient site operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and oversee debris removal.
• Guide and delegate tasks to crew members, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety protocols and complete accurate service documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing and painting.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods and safety practices.
• Leadership mindset with ability to work independently and support team members.
