Lead Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for its outlet store in Tinton Falls, NJ. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach and model exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting store targets.
• Coach and train team members on selling behaviors, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Ensure products are stocked, displayed, and presented according to brand standards.
• Maintain a positive, engaging shopping environment for customers.
• Handle store duties such as receiving merchandise, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb., kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Adheres to all Levi’s store policies and follows management directives.
