Lead Retail Sales Associate – High West Distillery

About the role

As the Lead Retail Sales Associate at High West Distillery, you will support the General Store Manager in delivering a premium retail experience across two flagship locations. Working closely with the General Store Supervisor and cross‑functional teams, you will help shape processes that enhance operations and guest satisfaction while advancing the brand’s high‑end market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Meet weekly with the General Store Supervisor to plan programming and seasonal merchandise releases.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new store hires.
• Complete monthly inventory under manager direction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organized back‑stock, and visual presentation standards.
• Manage stock levels, transfer merchandise between the Munchkin warehouse and retail sites, and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Serve as a guest contact for retail inquiries and lead special release days.
• Work at least one General Store shift per week.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with hospitality, marketing, and market‑representative teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
