Lead Product Manager – Technical (ITSM Platform)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Technical to own the evolution of its enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. In this role you will shape the roadmap, prioritize features and ensure the platform delivers reliable, scalable service management capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap, translating strategic direction into prioritized features and deliverables.
• Maintain the product backlog in Aha and Jira, aligning it with business priorities and customer needs.
• Write clear feature specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria, and break down complex initiatives into incremental deliverables.
• Prioritize features, manage trade‑offs across scope, timelines, dependencies and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality feature delivery and validate outcomes against acceptance criteria.
• Use data, metrics and customer insights to continuously refine backlog priorities and optimize feature performance.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions and communicate roadmap status.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in ITSM or enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of handling multiple high‑priority demands.
