Lead Product Builder – Product & Design

About the role

Rare Candy is looking for a Lead Product Builder to own the full product‑and‑design lifecycle for its trading‑card marketplace. You will work side‑by‑side with the CEO, shaping the vision, defining specs, creating high‑fidelity prototypes, and delivering clear hand‑offs to engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Research user needs and translate insights into product concepts.
• Define problem statements, write detailed specifications, and design intuitive user experiences.
• Produce high‑fidelity prototypes and iterate based on testing feedback.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with the CEO.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth hand‑off and timely delivery of features.
• Establish and evolve the product‑design process for a fast‑shipping team.

Required profile

• Proven experience building products end‑to‑end, blending product management and design.
• Comfortable moving quickly in a startup environment and making autonomous decisions.
• Passion for trading‑card games and a deep understanding of collector communities.
• Strong partnership mindset, able to work closely with the CEO on vision and priorities.
