Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Admin

About the role

The Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Admin will head a growing team responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. You will work closely with implementation partners, business leaders, architects, and developers to ensure that solutions meet business processes and design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle SaaS, EPM, and OTM deployments and configuration projects.
• Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM throughout implementation and support lifecycles.
• Manage application metadata, provisioning, domains, and middleware components.
• Design, update, and implement user security roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Coordinate system maintenance, backup, recovery, and patching with Oracle and third‑party vendors.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and integrity of the cloud environment.
• Develop and maintain ERP KPIs, metrics reports, and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and enforce best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex deployment projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a continuously evolving environment.
