Lead Maximo Consultant – Enterprise Application Integration

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Maximo Consultant to drive enterprise application integration projects across multiple US locations. You will lead project delivery, coordinate technical teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for clients using IBM Maximo and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and phase reviews.
• Support technical teams in development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

• Proactive risk management to ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with strategic priorities.

Required skills

• IBM Maximo (v8.0+) configuration, integration, support and maintenance.
• Automation scripting using Python and Java.
• REST and JSON based integration.
• Middleware integration experience (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI).
• Maximo migration experience, including release and deployment management.
