Lead Marketing Scientist – Creator Monetization

About the role

Beast Industries is building Vyro, a marketplace that connects top creators with brands. The Marketing Scientist Lead will design and execute experiments to measure the incremental value of creator‑brand collaborations and turn those insights into product and sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run fast‑turnaround incrementality tests, lift studies and other measurement frameworks for creator campaigns.
• Develop a measurement playbook that includes holdouts, geo‑experiments, matched‑market tests, retargeting studies and creative variant testing.
• Partner with buy‑side operators to translate exposure data into audience segments and quantify their monetary value.
• Produce clear, brand‑facing case studies and internal recommendations that inform product development and sales conversations.
• Collaborate closely with creators, creative leads, sales, engineering and product teams to iterate on experiments and insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience designing and interpreting marketing experiments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to turn data into actionable stories for both internal and external audiences.

Required skills

• Experiment design (holdouts, geo‑tests, matched markets, retargeting, creative variant testing).
• Data analysis and statistical inference.
• Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization tools.
