About the role

The Lead, Learning & Development will design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences for Under Armour’s global corporate and distribution teams. This hands‑on expert will own end‑to‑end development of training programs and ensure consistent delivery across in‑person and virtual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies across instructor‑led, eLearning, job aids and multimedia formats.
• Build scalable global learning programs aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training content and learner experience.
• Coordinate global delivery of manager training and leadership development programs, managing pre‑work, communications, logistics, facilitation and vendor relationships.
• Assess leadership development needs, update content, and innovate training materials for front‑line managers worldwide.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and partner with internal and external experts to ensure high‑quality facilitation in multiple languages.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in instructional design and facilitation for adult learners.
• Strong partnership skills with business leaders to translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Experience managing global training programs and coordinating cross‑functional logistics.
• Ability to assess learning needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and iterate quickly.
